YOUR SOHO JOURNEY

A private-hire journey shaped around your plans

KB Cars arranges pre-booked journeys to and from Soho, from everyday trips and family visits to business travel and airport transfers. Our 24-hour office can help with extra stops, vehicle requests and return plans. You can contact us without installing an app.

Your quote reflects the actual addresses, direction, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Send an enquiry with your journey details; an enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. If your plans change, ask the office to accept the change and confirm any revised fare.

PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

Choose the arrangement that fits

Whether you are travelling locally or connecting with a flight or train, the office can help you plan the journey.

Airport or station transfer

Arrange a journey to or from an airport or station. Give the exact terminal or station and relevant flight or train details, and say whether you need an outward and return journey or a separate pickup. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

Soho address or venue

Give the exact street and entrance rather than just a venue name. For Soho Theatre, specify the Dean Street venue and your booked stage: the operator also has a Walthamstow venue.

Local trips and returns

For work, shopping, appointments or a night out, ask about extra stops and the return that suits your plans. If the finish is uncertain, the office can compare booking when ready, reserving waiting time or arranging a separate pickup.

LOCAL PICKUP DETAILS

Make your meeting point clear

Give the full address and intended entrance or meeting point. Tottenham Court Road Underground Station is listed at Oxford Street, London W1D 2DH; if you are meeting there, identify the station entrance or meeting point you intend.

For a nearby London Palladium visit, use 8 Argyll Street, London W1F 7TF and give your intended entrance. A station or venue address helps identify the location but is not permission to stop there. The driver must stop lawfully and safely; if the door cannot be used, the office can coordinate a workable alternative with you.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about Soho journeys

Practical answers for event collections, groups and assistance.

How should I arrange a collection after a Soho event?

Pre-book a collection for the venue and expected finish, and give the office an exact entrance or booked stage and a reachable contact. For Soho Theatre, specify Dean Street and the stage rather than relying on the name alone. The office can discuss a group-ready return; the driver must stop lawfully and safely.

What are my options if the finish time is uncertain?

You can contact the office when ready, subject to availability; reserve the driver to wait under the agreed chargeable waiting terms; or arrange a separate approximate return. Contact the office if you are delayed: waiting or changes can affect the cost. A separate booking does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle.

What should I tell you about a group transfer?

Ask about a six-passenger vehicle; more passengers or bulky luggage may need a separate office-agreed option. Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office considers the people and load together and confirms a suitable arrangement.

Can I get help getting to the car or with luggage?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office about the help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver; if you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the arrangement and any cost with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable, not with the passenger seated in it.
