PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Choose an airport arrival target, then tell the office where and when you need to be collected.
Give the full home or venue address and your preferred entrance. The London Palladium’s listed address is 8 Argyll Street, London W1F 7TF; naming the entrance helps identify your pickup rather than relying on a nearby station.
Share your airline and flight time. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or European flight; check your airline’s requirements too. Agree your Soho collection time with that arrival target in mind.
Heathrow passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5. Use the terminal shown for your flight and contact the office if it changes so the revised journey can be agreed.

Public transport starts at a station, while your private-hire journey starts at your booked address. Consider the walk with your luggage and plan for your travel date and terminal.
Tottenham Court Road station is on Oxford Street, W1D 2DH. For an Elizabeth line option, select a Heathrow-bound service and allow for getting from your home or hotel to the station.
Oxford Circus station is on Oxford Street, W1B 3AG, in a neighbouring postcode. Check the connection to your Heathrow terminal and allow for the journey to the station with your bags.

These records cover 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2026 across our measured Heathrow work. They show experience arranging early airport journeys, not an on-time performance score.

Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the arrangement can be confirmed.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster; tell the office the child’s age, height and weight and the seat needed, and agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Your private-hire journey is arranged from your booked address, whether that is your home or another agreed location. The local stations listed above are public transport alternatives, not the default pickup point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange it through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
