Heathrow parking is separate from the transfer fare, at Heathrow's own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they paid it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree these when booking.
AT HEATHROW
We check your flight and help arrange a meeting that suits your arrival.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks the flight once assigned. Ask for a name board or meet and greet inside arrivals, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
By default, the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a delay on the aircraft holds you up, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting.

Meeting your driver, choosing a vehicle and managing changes.
Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Alternatively, the office can advise on a pickup place and arrange it before or around your arrival. If you cannot find your driver, contact the office for help.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in the space needed for your party. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting: it is not unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. A home, hotel or venue can be your destination. Give the full address, postcode and relevant entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your enquiry.
Contact the office with the new flight details: the same booking can move to the new flight free of charge. If the change means a different airport or destination, the new journey needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
