KB CARS · PRIVATE HIRE
Pre-book a car from your W1D address in Soho or around Tottenham Court Road to Waterloo. Choose a vehicle for your party and luggage and get a quote based on your journey, vehicle and agreed extras.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your car’s arrival and your train’s departure for the walk to your platform and any assistance you need.
Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, and tell the KB Cars office about your access needs when booking the car.
Give the office your train operator and service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. Waterloo has step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms; exits 1, 2 and 3 are step-free. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line.
A pre-booked car collects you from your W1D address, so you do not have to carry your luggage to Tottenham Court Road Underground Station first. Give the office your exact pickup address and any entrance details that will help identify it.
The driver must stop safely and lawfully. If the door cannot be used, the office and passenger can agree a practical alternative, taking any walking or access needs into account. You will still need to allow time to reach your departure area inside Waterloo.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help select a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
For a return collection, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point with you separately; the Passenger Assistance point is not automatically your car meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm the revised collection arrangements; waiting or changes may affect the cost.
GOOD TO KNOW
Practical answers for your car journey and onward train.
Your quote is based on the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and desired station-arrival time, passenger and luggage details, and your train operator and service. Mention any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and access needs too, including any accompanying carer and folding equipment.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
