Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can arrange a suitable vehicle. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
PLANNING A RETURN
From London Victoria back to W1D
Arrange a return from London Victoria to W1D separately. Give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree a lawful meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs so it can plan the car journey with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
