BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time after your car drop-off to reach the concourse, any assistance meeting point and your departure platform.
Waterloo lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms and step-free routes at exits 1, 2 and 3. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Tell our office about your access needs when arranging the car.
If your train operator has arranged Passenger Assistance, the meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Allow time to get there from your drop-off and follow your operator’s directions.
PLAN YOUR PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your W1F address, so you do not have to take your luggage to an Underground station first. Give the office your exact pickup address and entrance. For example, if leaving the London Palladium at 8 Argyll Street, W1F 7TF, specify the entrance you need rather than relying on the venue name alone.
Choose a station arrival target that leaves time for the walk through Waterloo and any assistance arrangements, not simply your train’s departure time. Share your train service and requested station-arrival time with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together; an estate may be useful for extra bags, while a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle. A carer travelling with you needs a seat too.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a separate return from London Waterloo to W1F, tell the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree an accessible car meeting point with the office; it is separate from the railway assistance meeting point.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangement with the office. A change request is not complete until it has been accepted and confirmed.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W1F pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs so we can plan the car journey with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
