Discuss the drop-off
Network Rail lists Wilton Road for both set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Ask our office which practical drop-off arrangement applies to your journey.
YOUR W1F PICKUP
Start from the right address
A pre-booked car collects you from your W1F address, so you do not need to take your luggage to an Underground station first. You will still need time to reach the railway departure area after drop-off.
If you are leaving a venue, give us the actual entrance as well as the address. For example, the London Palladium is at 8 Argyll Street, W1F 7TF; the office can discuss a safe, practical pickup point with you.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option, with luggage considered alongside the party. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
ON THE JOURNEY HOME
A separate return from London Victoria
For a return to W1F, request collection separately and give us your arriving train operator or service, where it is arriving from, date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point with you; a separate return does not automatically reserve the outward vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement. The booker or authorised contact should request any material change; the office will confirm if it is accepted and any revised charge. Waiting can also affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Tell us about any extra stop.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs as well, so we can discuss a suitable car arrangement.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or have an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
