Choose a station-arrival target that leaves time to reach your train, not just the station entrance.
London Euston is on Euston Road, NW1 2RT. Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Allow time after the car arrives to enter the station and find your departure facilities.
Tell the office your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at the station. Euston serves Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper. For assistance inside the station, contact your train operator separately.
YOUR W1D PICKUP
A private-hire pickup from your home or hotel saves the journey to a local station with your luggage. Give the office your exact W1D address and any entrance details that will help identify the pickup.
Tottenham Court Road Underground Station is on Oxford Street, W1D 2DH. If you are comparing public transport, remember to include the journey from your actual starting point and the walk to your departure area at Euston.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask about seven or more passengers. Passenger numbers and luggage need to be considered together.
Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can arrange a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your Euston-to-W1D return separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, together with a reachable mobile number. We will agree a lawful meeting point with you; the outward drop-off does not automatically determine your return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Contact your train operator to arrange station assistance; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs for the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss this with the office in advance so suitable help can be arranged. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
