For Eurostar Standard and Plus departures from London, use the arrival time on your ticket and allow for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not your station-arrival target. For other services, follow your operator's arrival guidance.
PICKUP AND DEPARTURE
From your W1D address to the right departure area
Your pre-booked car collects from your W1D address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to Tottenham Court Road station first. Give the office the exact address and entrance; if the door cannot be used, the office and passenger can agree a safe, accessible alternative.
At St Pancras, Eurostar uses the international departure area in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Check your service and follow station signs after drop-off.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Give the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate collection home
For a return from St Pancras International to W1D, tell the office your arriving train operator and service, service origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangement; applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.

What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside St Pancras is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. The station lists lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
