Choose your W1F pickup
A pickup at your address saves you the journey to a first station with your luggage, although you will still need to make your way through Liverpool Street to your train.
Give the office the exact address and, for a venue, the entrance you want to use. The London Palladium is at 8 Argyll Street, London W1F 7TF; Oxford Circus Underground station is nearby in W1B, not W1F. A venue address identifies the location, not a permitted stopping point.

Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole load; a particular model is not guaranteed.
Arrange a separate return to W1F
For a return from London Liverpool Street to W1F, give the office your arriving train operator or service, arrival date and time, destination and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the car journey with you.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
