Set a station-arrival target that leaves time for your onward train and any assistance you need.
Use your train operator and service details to decide when you need to arrive at Paddington, rather than using the train departure time as your drop-off time. The station is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted; the APCOA car park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the rank approach.
A staffed assistance drop-off point is listed on the deck above platform 12. If you need help inside Paddington, arrange it with your train operator in advance where possible; your car booking does not arrange railway assistance.
YOUR W1D PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your W1D address, so you do not need to take your luggage to a first station. Tell us the exact home or hotel address and a practical pickup point; our office can discuss an alternative if the door cannot be used safely.
Tottenham Court Road station is on Oxford Street, W1D 2DH. If you are starting nearby, give us your actual pickup address rather than the station name alone. Allow time to walk through Paddington to your onward departure area after drop-off.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; the right choice depends on the whole party and its bags, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Include an accompanying carer in the passenger count so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK TO W1D
For a return from London Paddington to W1D, tell the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, scheduled arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree a car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off point is not automatically the return meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree the revised collection arrangements.

Your quote reflects the actual journey: give us your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train operator and service and your requested station-arrival time. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange help inside Paddington. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or other assistance needs too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
