THE SCHOOL WEEK
Choose morning or afternoon travel, one direction or a return, selected weekdays, term-time or occasional cover. We can discuss clubs, exams and changed finish times too. A parent can accompany the child, continue onward or be dropped off first when agreed.
For your quote, give us the SW4 collection address, destination school, exact gate or entrance and the days and times needed. Tell us about closures, private access or School Street restrictions so we can check the proposed meeting point and agree a safe, lawful stop.
A CLEAR PLAN
We agree the journey and handover with the authorised booker before travel, with the school or commissioner where relevant.
Set out the schedule, collection and school entrance, authorised adults, communication, seating, restraint and assistance needs. Include backup contacts and what to do if a child is missing, distressed or unable to travel, or a recipient is unavailable.
The child and authorised receiving adult or organisation are verified under the plan. A late adult, failed code or changed recipient is handled through the office and the agreed escalation procedure; the child is never left alone.
An authorised contact can request absences or changes by phone or the agreed app route. Prior-day notice is helpful and agreed fees may apply. An acknowledgment only confirms receipt; the change is accepted when the office confirms the actual revised arrangement. The office informs affected people.
SUPPORT FOR YOUR CHILD
Tell us how your child communicates, what helps them feel comfortable and what support they need for boarding, seating and handover. A parent can provide a passenger assistant (PA), or ask KB to source one. A PA can support communication, supervision and handover while the driver concentrates on driving.
You can request the same driver. If a replacement is needed, the office arranges a suitable approved driver and informs the parent. Drivers assigned to our school service complete KB’s school-transport induction and office approval, with a briefing on the agreed journey and handover plan.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags can be arranged without charge; tell the office what help is needed. Medication, personal care, weight-bearing transfers and physical intervention require separately competent arrangements.

Yes. School runs can cover selected mornings or afternoons, term-time or occasional journeys. Discuss clubs, exams, changed finish times and any return or onward journey with the office.
A station can be a reference for a proposed pickup, but its name alone does not establish an agreed stopping point. Near Clapham High Street or Wandsworth Road station, give us the full collection address and entrance or meeting point so we can discuss a safe, lawful stop.
Yes, when agreed in the travel plan. A parent may accompany the child, provide an assistant or ask KB to source a PA. Discuss the support needed during the journey, at stops and at handover; specialist tasks require separately competent arrangements.
Your child is not left alone. The driver follows the handover and contact plan while the office verifies a changed recipient and coordinates safe escalation. A message acknowledging a request is not acceptance: the office confirms any accepted change to the arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office your child’s relevant height, weight and restraint needs; the office can confirm the seat arrangement and any charge.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email. You can contact the office without installing an app.
