Staff transport and work journeys from SW15 Planned around your shift

Pre-book work travel for one employee or colleagues sharing a route. Our 24-hour office can discuss pickups, shift changes and returns, and quote for the actual journey. Contact us to make a plan.

Work travel that fits your rota

One journey or a regular arrangement

Arrange a pre-booked journey from your SW15 collection point to work, including multiple staff pickups or an extra stop. Our office can discuss a suitable vehicle, the required arrival time and a return plan for changing shifts, including nights.

Pay for an ordinary booking by card or cash, or enquire about an employer account. Accounts require office approval; monthly billing and credit terms are agreed at approval, not granted automatically. Account jobs receive operational priority and a contact, without a promise of immediate arrival.

A quote reflects the actual addresses, timing, vehicle and agreed extras. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

Plan the working day

Agree the route, people and return

These details help the office plan your SW15 work journey and provide a relevant quote.

Set the addresses and shift

Give the full SW15 collection address, work destination, dates, shift time and required arrival time. Include the entrance or proposed meeting point and any extra stop.

Plan for the passengers

Give the passenger count, each pickup address and preferred order for a shared journey. Tell us about luggage, vehicle preferences and any assistance needs, and identify who can coordinate changes.

Choose the return

Book when ready, reserve a driver to wait, or arrange a separate approximate return. Tell the office how you expect to finish and who will request any changes.

If your finish time is uncertain Booking when ready is subject to availability, so immediate collection is not guaranteed. A reserved waiting arrangement is chargeable under the agreed terms. For a separate approximate return, contact the office if delayed; waiting or changes can affect the cost, and the outward car is not automatically retained.

Useful SW15 detail

Identify the right collection point

If meeting at Putney station, give the entrance as well as the address: High Street, Putney, Greater London, SW15 1RT. The address identifies the station; it does not give permission to stop, enter or wait. The driver must collect safely and lawfully.

If an entrance is busy, closed or unsuitable, stay reachable so the office can agree an alternative. Let us know if anyone has difficulty walking to a different point so we can discuss a workable arrangement.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about SW15 work journeys

Choose how to handle changes, passenger needs and an uncertain finish.

Who can change a regular work booking?

The booker or designated authorised contact can request a change to the time, address, stop, passenger list or vehicle. Businesses can agree coordinator-controlled changes or allow approved employees to request them.

The office must accept and confirm a material change, including any revised charge. Receipt of a request is not acceptance, and telling a driver directly does not create a new booking. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office.

What if our shift ends later than planned?

Contact the office to discuss the return. You can book when ready, reserve a driver to wait under agreed chargeable terms, or arrange a separate approximate return and update the office if delayed. Availability, immediate collection and the same vehicle are not automatic.

Can you plan for different passenger needs?

Yes. Tell the office the passenger count, suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, pushchairs, a folding wheelchair or limited walking tolerance, so we can discuss a suitable vehicle and assistance.

Tell the office about the help you need in advance so we can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.

What if the SW15 meeting point changes?

Ask the booker or authorised coordinator to send the new entrance or address to the office and wait for the change to be accepted and confirmed. If access is private, restricted or closed, stay reachable while the office agrees a lawful meeting point; a landmark alone is not permission to stop.
