WORK TRAVEL THAT FITS

From SW4 to work, on your schedule

KB Cars arranges pre-booked work journeys from SW4, whether one person travels from home or colleagues need collecting from several addresses. We can agree a collection order, the arrival target at work and a return plan around your shift.

Nights, changing rosters and cover journeys can all be discussed with our office. For a changing finish time, choose between booking when ready, reserving the driver to wait or arranging a separate approximate return.

PLAN YOUR ARRANGEMENT

Make the shift journey work

Give our office the details needed to plan the route, vehicle and return.

Set the route and time

Share the full SW4 collection address or addresses, work destination, dates, shift start and the arrival margin you need.

Plan for the passengers

Give the passenger list, preferred collection order, luggage and any access or vehicle needs. Agree who is authorised to book or request changes. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.

Choose the return

Let us know whether staff will call when ready, reserve chargeable waiting, or arrange a separate approximate return. Include any known roster exceptions.

When the roster changes A repeating pattern does not automatically change each journey. The authorised contact should request the change and wait for the office to confirm it has been accepted. For a time-critical change, call if a message has not been acknowledged.

COLLECTION AND PAYMENT

A clear meeting point and the right arrangement

Give the building name or number, postcode, entrance and a safe meeting detail so the driver can identify the collection point. For a station collection, specify which station and where to meet: Clapham High Street station is on Edgeley Road, SW4 6EU; Wandsworth Road station is on Brayburne Avenue, SW4 6AD. These addresses identify the locations, not permission to stop or enter. If the proposed point is not workable, the office can discuss a lawful alternative.

Ordinary bookings can use the available card or cash arrangement; an approved credit account is not required. Employers who want monthly billing or a coordinator for colleagues’ journeys can ask the office about a business account. Approval and terms are agreed first; account jobs receive operational priority and a contact.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking, nor is payment alone. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about SW4 staff journeys

Plan shared collections, roster changes and the journey home.

Can several SW4 addresses be covered on one work journey?

Yes, we can discuss collecting colleagues from several SW4 addresses on one journey. Give the office each full address, your preferred order, passenger count and shift arrival target so the route and suitable vehicle can be considered together.

How should we report a roster or passenger change?

The booker or authorised contact should send the office the new time, address, stop, passenger, vehicle or return details. A request or acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance: wait for confirmation that the change has been accepted, including any revised charge. If the change is time-critical and your message has not been acknowledged, call the office.

What if the finish time is not known?

You have three options: contact the office when ready, reserve the driver to wait under agreed chargeable terms, or book a separate approximate return. A ready-call is subject to availability and does not guarantee immediate collection. A separate return does not retain the outward car; contact the office if delayed, as waiting or changes may affect the cost.
