ARRIVING FOR YOUR TRAIN
Give yourself time to reach your departure facilities after the car drops you off.
London Euston is on Euston Road. Its published set-down and collection points are at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens; the office will agree your car arrangement separately. Tell us the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the walk inside and your train departure.
Tell us your departing operator or service. For assistance at Euston, contact your train operator: Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground or Caledonian Sleeper, as relevant. The car booking does not arrange railway assistance.
FROM YOUR CR5 ADDRESS
Coulsdon South Rail Station is on Brighton Road in CR5. A private-hire pickup from your address avoids the need to get yourself and your luggage to the first station; you will still need time to reach your departure facilities once at Euston.
Give the office your full pickup address rather than just the postcode, so your quote reflects the journey from your door.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles. Suitability depends on the combined party and luggage, not just the seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK TO CR5
For a separate return from London Euston to CR5, give the office your arriving operator or service, travel date and expected arrival time, and a contact number. The office will agree your car meeting point with you; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same car or driver for the return.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangement and have any revised collection accepted by the office. Waiting or changes can affect the cost.

The quote reflects your specific journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full CR5 pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop.
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator separately; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, so we can discuss the car journey and a workable meeting point.
Tell us in advance what help you need so we can arrange free guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair. Advance notice is not a condition for assistance required by law. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
