ARRIVE READY
Agree a station-arrival target that gives you time to make your onward connection.
Give the office your train departure and a separate requested arrival time at London Liverpool Street. Allow time to reach the departure area with your luggage. The station lists a lift linking street, concourse and mezzanine levels.
Liverpool Street connects with the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Allow time to walk through the station after your car arrives if you are continuing by Tube.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also an option, with luggage considered alongside the party size. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
FROM YOUR CR5 ADDRESS
Coulsdon South Rail Station is on Brighton Road, but not every CR5 address is close to it. A pre-booked car collects you from your specified Coulsdon address and takes you to London Liverpool Street, without first having to reach the local station. You will still need to make your way to your departure area.
Our office is available around the clock to discuss the journey, extra stops or a return. You can request a quote without installing an app. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
RETURN TO CR5
For a return to CR5, tell the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off does not establish the return collection point.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement. The office will confirm any accepted change and revised charge where applicable. A separate return does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, including the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full CR5 pickup address, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time; mention any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss a suitable car arrangement.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
