London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell the office about your access needs when arranging the car.
Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point. If you have arranged railway assistance, allow time to reach it and tell our office your train service and requested station-arrival target. Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line; allow time for an onward connection.
YOUR CR5 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your CR5 address rather than requiring you to make your own way to a local station with your luggage. Coulsdon South Rail Station is on Brighton Road, but not every address in CR5 is close to it.
Tell the office your departure service and the time you want to arrive at Marylebone, rather than treating the train departure time as your car arrival time. Allow for reaching your departure area once inside the station.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer needs a seat too, so the office can plan for the whole party and its load.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a separate return from London Marylebone to CR5, give the office your arriving Chiltern Railways service and its origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward set-down point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree any revised arrangements. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost; a separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Send your full CR5 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you want to arrange. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside Marylebone is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and access needs so the car journey can be planned with you.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; let the office know in advance so suitable help can be arranged. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
