Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also available; choose around the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURNING FROM LONDON VICTORIA
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from London Victoria to CR5, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible meeting point and exit with you separately.
Wilton Road is listed for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only; neither is automatically your KB meeting point. If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote is based on your actual journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plan.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs when arranging the journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an extra escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
