Set a station arrival target that gives you time to reach your onward train.
Tell us your train operator and the time you want to arrive at London Euston, not just the train's departure time. Allow time to enter the station and reach your departure area, including any assistance you need. Operators include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway and Caledonian Sleeper.
London Euston railway station is on Euston Road; it is not Euston Square Underground station. Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Agree your car arrangements with the office; station assistance is arranged separately with your train operator.
A home pickup means you do not need to reach a local station with your luggage before starting the journey to Euston. Give us your exact CR8 pickup address so the office can plan and quote for your journey.
Purley Rail Station on Station Approach and Riddlesdown Rail Station on Lower Barn Road are distinct starting points. If you are considering a rail journey instead, check which station is convenient for your address and allow for getting there and reaching your onward departure area at Euston.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Tell us the number of passengers and the counts and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load; a particular model is not guaranteed.
Arrange your return separately with the office. Give us your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point and exit with you; a separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable terms.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle requested. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops or return plans. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange assistance inside Euston separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs, any accompanying carer and any folding wheelchair when arranging the car.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
