AT LONDON BRIDGE
Allow time between your car drop-off and your train’s departure.
London Bridge’s street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level. The station’s published address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; agree your drop-off with the office. Give us your train departure and the time you need to arrive, allowing for your onward walk to the departure area.
The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. If you need help inside the station, arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator and tell our office about your needs for the car journey.
Purley and Riddlesdown have distinct rail stations: Purley station is on Station Approach, Whytecliffe Road, while Riddlesdown station is on Lower Barn Road. Starting a rail journey at either station means first getting there from your address.
A pre-booked KB Cars journey collects you at your CR8 address and takes you to London Bridge station, avoiding that first station leg with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through London Bridge to your onward train.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not seats alone.
Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and whether you have a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other bulky item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
For a separate return from London Bridge to CR8, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised collection and obtain confirmation of any agreed change.

The quote is based on your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans so the office can quote for the journey you need.
Arrange assistance inside London Bridge separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. Tell the office what help you need, including if you need assistance at short notice; required disability assistance is not conditional on advance notice. An additional escort inside a building may be free or carry a charge, depending on the task; agree the arrangement and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
