Station road access
Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. These listings are not an agreed KB meeting point; discuss your station arrival and any access needs with the office.
Plan your arrival from CR8
A pickup from your CR8 address saves you making your own way to a local station with your luggage. Purley and Riddlesdown have separate rail stations, so your starting point matters; at Victoria you will still need to make your way inside to your onward departure area.
Tell the office when your train departs and the time you would like to arrive at Victoria. Allow time to enter the station and reach your departure area, and discuss your requested arrival target when arranging the car.

Choose room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; choose for the whole party and its bags, not just the number of seats.
Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
Returning from London Victoria
For a separate return from London Victoria to CR8, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree your car meeting point separately before collection; the outward drop-off does not establish it.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, and mention any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Include your train service, departure time and requested arrival time at Victoria. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs as well.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. For an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
