KT1 to London King's Cross transfers

Pre-book private hire from Kingston or Hampton Wick to King's Cross, with pickup at your address and room planned for your party and luggage. Request a journey-specific quote or speak to our 24-hour office.

AT THE DESTINATION

Plan your arrival at King's Cross

Choose the right station and allow time for your onward train.

Confirm King's Cross, not St Pancras

London King's Cross is on Euston Road, London N1 9AL; it is a different station from St Pancras International. Give us your train service and the time you want to arrive at King's Cross, allowing time to reach your departure area. This arrival target is separate from your train's departure time.

Plan step-free station assistance

King's Cross has step-free access to all platforms; its station guide has assistance and lift information. Tell the KB Cars office about your needs for the car, and arrange any help inside the station separately with your train operator.

YOUR KT1 PICKUP

Kingston or Hampton Wick?

Your pre-booked car collects from your specified KT1 address, so you do not first have to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside King's Cross to your train.

If a local station is your starting point, distinguish Kingston station on Wood Street, KT1 1UJ, from Hampton Wick station on High Street, KT1 4DQ. Give the office the exact pickup address rather than relying on the station name or postcode district alone.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose space for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; the right choice depends on the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.

Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer travelling with you needs a seat too.

RETURN JOURNEY

Returning from King's Cross

A return from London King's Cross to KT1 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and expected arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a lawful meeting point with you; it is separate from the outward drop-off.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the change. The office will confirm any accepted revised arrangements; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about your station transfer

The essentials for your car, assistance and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for the journey you need.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB Cars confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange assistance inside King's Cross separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when planning the car.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us in advance so we can coordinate suitable help. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
