London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Give the office your train operator and service and the time you want to arrive at the station—not just the train’s departure time. Follow signs inside to the railway departure area.
Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Its assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers. Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can plan the car journey accordingly.
YOUR KT1 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from home in Kingston or Hampton Wick, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way inside London Marylebone to the railway departure area.
If comparing your options, Kingston station is on Wood Street, KT1 1UJ; Hampton Wick station is on High Street, KT1 4DQ. They are different starting points, so consider which is practical for your address.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement for the whole party and its luggage.
YOUR RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange the return separately with the office: provide your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a car meeting point for your collection; it is separate from the railway assistance meeting point.

The quote is based on your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, requested station-arrival time, passenger and luggage details, train operator and service, and any extra stop. Let us know if you would also like a return. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office what help you need for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
