STATION ARRIVAL GUIDE
Allow time between your requested station arrival and train departure for your onward journey through the station.
Tell us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at the station. London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Network Rail identifies the APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and says waiting is not permitted at drop-off.
If you need railway assistance, arrange it with your train operator, preferably in advance. Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Your car booking and railway assistance are separate arrangements.
A pre-booked car takes you from your chosen KT1 address to London Paddington, without first reaching a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through Paddington to your departure area.
Kingston station is on Wood Street, KT1 1UJ; Hampton Wick station is on High Street, KT1 4DQ. They are different starting points, so give us your actual pickup address rather than just the district.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider the passenger layout and bags together rather than counting seats alone.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and mention any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
For a return to KT1, tell the office your arriving train's operator, service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. We will agree a lawful meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward car or driver.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request revised arrangements. Ask the office to confirm any accepted change and revised charge; applicable waiting can also affect the cost.

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Give us your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the car journey too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
