Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines.

From your address to Victoria
KT1 includes Kingston and Hampton Wick. A pre-booked pickup from your address saves you the separate trip to a local station and carrying your luggage between connections; you will still need to make your way to your departure area at Victoria.
If comparing a public transport journey, start from the station closest to your actual address: Kingston station is on Wood Street, KT1 1UJ, while Hampton Wick station is on High Street, KT1 4DQ.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable arrangement for the whole party.
RETURN TO KT1
Arrange a separate return to KT1
For a collection from London Victoria, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off point is not automatically your return meeting point.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time; include any extra stop.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern as appropriate for your service.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
