Plan the car arrival for the time you need at the station, not simply your train’s departure time.
London Liverpool Street’s published address is Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Tell the office your rail service and departure time, along with your requested station-arrival time. Allow time to reach your onward departure area.
Liverpool Street Underground serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. A lift is listed between street level, the concourse and mezzanine. If you need assistance inside the station, arrange it separately with your train operator.
YOUR KT10 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT10 address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first. Give the office your exact pickup address when requesting a quote.
Esher station is on Station Road, KT10 8DY; Claygate station is on The Parade, KT10 0PB. If either is your pickup point, name the station and discuss a practical meeting point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; for seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office.
COMING HOME
For a separate return from London Liverpool Street to KT10, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangements. Obtain confirmation that the office has accepted any revised meeting or collection arrangements.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange railway assistance inside Liverpool Street separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs as well, so we can discuss a suitable car and assistance.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
