KT10 to London Bridge station transfers

Pre-book private hire from Esher or Claygate to London Bridge, with a vehicle chosen for your party and luggage. Request a quote based on your pickup, timing and vehicle needs, or call our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888.

YOUR STATION ARRIVAL

Plan your London Bridge drop-off

Your station arrival target should leave time to reach your train, not simply match its departure time.

Allow time from street to platform

Tell the office your rail operator and service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. London Bridge’s street-level concourse connects to all platforms above it, so allow time to enter and find your departure area.

Choose the right street side

London Bridge station’s published address spans Tooley Street and St Thomas Street. Tell the office which side you expect to use so the drop-off can be planned for your onward journey.

PICKUP IN KT10

Start from your chosen address

A pre-booked car collects you at your KT10 address, so you do not first need to make your way to a local station. Give the office your exact pickup address when requesting a quote.

Esher station is on Station Road, while Claygate station is on The Parade. If a station is your starting point, specify which one rather than just KT10.

VEHICLE CHOICE

Space for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. For a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options; the vehicle must accommodate both people and bags.

Tell us how many are travelling, the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer travelling with you also needs a seat.

RETURN JOURNEY

Arrange a return from London Bridge to KT10

A return collection is arranged separately from your outward journey. Give the office your arriving train’s operator, service and origin, travel date and expected arrival time, your KT10 destination and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree the revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The details that help you plan the car and your onward journey.

How do I get a quote for my transfer?

Request a quote with your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the price reflects the journey you need.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.

Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
