Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from London Marylebone to KT10, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the railway assistance meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for the revised collection to be accepted and confirmed; a change may affect the price. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss the help you need with the office; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
