Agree a station-arrival target that leaves you time to reach your departure facilities, rather than using your train departure time as the car arrival time.
Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station. London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; station drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and allow time to get from your agreed arrival point to your departure facilities.
FROM YOUR DOOR TO YOUR CONNECTION
A pre-booked pickup from your home in Esher or Claygate avoids the separate trip to a local station with your luggage. You will still need time to reach your onward departure point inside Paddington.
If you are connecting to Heathrow, the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line serve Paddington. Tell the office which onward service you plan to take and your preferred station-arrival time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchairs or bulky items. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
FOR YOUR RETURN
A return from London Paddington to KT10 can be arranged separately. Give the office the arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number; agree the car meeting point separately from your outward drop-off.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised arrangements and obtain confirmation of any accepted change.

Your quote reflects the journey you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12.
Tell the office about your mobility needs and any folding wheelchair when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; advance notice helps us arrange suitable help. An additional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed cost.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
