ARRIVING BY CAR
Plan your car arrival around the time you need to reach your onward train or Underground connection.
London Liverpool Street is on Bishopsgate. A lift links street level, the mezzanine and the concourse. Give the office your train departure and your requested station-arrival time, allowing for the walk to your departure area and any assistance you need.
Liverpool Street Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Allow time to find the right interchange and departure area after the car drops you off.
YOUR KT11 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT11 address, so you do not have to reach a local station first or carry your luggage through a change. You will still need time to reach your departure area at Liverpool Street.
If you are comparing the journey with rail from Cobham & Stoke d'Abernon, the local station is on Station Road in Stoke D'Abernon, KT11 3BW. Consider the journey from your own address to that station as well as your onward connection.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth considering for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be discussed with the office.

PLAN THE RETURN
Arrange the return separately with the office. Give the arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, together with a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; do not assume the outward drop-off point is the return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised arrangements with the office. A change request is not complete until it has been accepted; applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

The quote reflects your particular journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full KT11 pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or walking needs so we can discuss the car journey and a suitable meeting point.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage in a suitable car.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
