London Paddington’s station address is Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; it is not necessarily your arranged drop-off point. Network Rail says waiting is not permitted for drop-off. Agree the arrival details with our office.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange help from the road access point to your train with your train operator, preferably in advance. Your car booking does not arrange railway assistance.
PLAN YOUR CONNECTION
Tell our office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at Paddington. Allow time to get from the road access point through the station to your onward departure area; your arrival target is not the same as the train departure time.
A home pickup avoids having to reach your local station first. Cobham & Stoke d’Abernon station is on Station Road in Stoke D’Abernon, which may not be convenient for every Cobham address.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
A return from London Paddington to KT11 is arranged separately. Send our office your arriving train operator and service, date and expected arrival time, and a mobile contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 to agree the car meeting point and relevant exit.
If your train or plans change, contact the office before travelling to request a change and agree any revised arrangement. A change is not in place until KB accepts it. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service, departure and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms accepted bookings by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is separate: arrange it with your train operator, preferably in advance. Your car booking does not itself arrange assistance inside Paddington.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; a folding chair travels as luggage, not as a seat in the car.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
