What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop.
Include your train service and departure time, and the time you want to arrive at the station. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern as appropriate for your train.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; the office will discuss the help and any agreed cost.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
