Plan the car's arrival at Waterloo around the time you need to be inside the station, not just your train's departure.
Tell our office your train service, departure time and the time you want to reach Waterloo. Allow time to get from the drop-off to your platform. Waterloo's main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are step-free routes. Exit 2 has a lift towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line.
If you have booked railway Passenger Assistance, its meeting point is on Waterloo's main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange it separately with your train operator and allow time to reach the meeting point after the car sets you down.
Cobham & Stoke d'Abernon station is on Station Road in Stoke D'Abernon, KT11 3BW; reaching it from a Cobham home is a separate part of a rail journey. With a pre-booked car to Waterloo, your outward journey starts at your agreed KT11 pickup address instead.
The car takes you to Waterloo, but you will still need time to reach your onward departure inside the station. Tell the office where you are starting so your quote reflects the actual journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; choose the vehicle around the whole party and its bags, not just the seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A carer travelling with you also needs a seat.
For a return from London Waterloo to KT11, give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it starts, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised collection and obtain confirmation of any accepted change. Waiting may be chargeable under the applicable terms.

The quote is based on your actual journey, vehicle and agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss a suitable car and help.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge when arranged in advance. Tell us about your needs even if you could not arrange help in advance; applicable assistance duties still apply. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
