Allow time between your car’s arrival and your onward departure.
Choose a requested arrival time ahead of your train departure, allowing time to enter the station and reach the right departure area. A lift links the concourse, mezzanine and street level. Tell our office about any access needs when planning the journey.
Liverpool Street Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Tell the office about your onward connection so it can be considered when planning your arrival.
A home pickup saves you the separate journey to a local station. If you are comparing public transport instead, identify your starting station: Walton-on-Thames station is on Station Avenue, KT12 1NR; Hersham station is on Molesey Road, KT12 4SQ.
The stations have different platform access classifications: Walton-on-Thames is category B1 and Hersham is category C. Check the relevant station’s current access and assistance information for your direction of travel, especially if you have luggage or mobility needs.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a group may prefer an MPV. The right choice depends on the combined party and load, not seats alone.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can confirm a suitable arrangement; a particular model is not guaranteed.
A return from London Liverpool Street to KT12 can be arranged separately. Give our office your train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; do not assume it is the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to accept and confirm any revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle.

We quote for the specific journey, including your pickup, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plan.
An enquiry or quote alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
