Choose the right street side
Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different approaches to London Bridge. Tell the office which entrance or side you need so the street-side drop-off can be discussed; they are not interchangeable.

ARRIVE READY TO DEPART
Give the office your train departure and your preferred station-arrival time, allowing time to reach your platform and for any assistance you need.
Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different approaches to London Bridge. Tell the office which entrance or side you need so the street-side drop-off can be discussed; they are not interchangeable.
The street-level concourse connects with all platforms, which are above the entrance level. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Allow time to reach your platform or assistance meeting point before your train departs.
YOUR KT12 STARTING POINT
A home pickup in Walton-on-Thames or Hersham takes you directly to London Bridge without first reaching a local station or changing with your bags. You will still need to make your way through London Bridge to your platform.
If comparing a rail journey, identify your starting station: Walton-on-Thames station is on Station Avenue, while Hersham station is on Molesey Road. Their platform access classifications differ: Walton-on-Thames is category B1 and Hersham is category C. Check the relevant station's current access and assistance information for your journey.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option. The office will consider the whole party and its combined load, including suitcase sizes, pushchairs or folding wheelchairs, before agreeing a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
For your return, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number and the exit you expect to use. The office will agree a street-side car meeting point separately; do not assume a platform, rank or particular bay.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
GOOD TO KNOW
The details that help you plan the car and your onward journey.
Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle requested. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and preferred station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be reflected in the quote. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or walking needs when discussing your transfer.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
