ARRIVING FOR YOUR TRAIN
Choose a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach your departure area and for any assistance you need.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the station’s rank approach. Station drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
A private-hire pickup takes you from your chosen KT12 address to Paddington without first travelling to a local station. Allow for the walk inside Paddington to your onward departure area.
If you are comparing local rail access, Walton-on-Thames station is on Station Avenue, KT12 1NR, while Hersham station is on Molesey Road, KT12 4SQ. National Rail classifies Walton-on-Thames as step-free category B1 and Hersham as category C; check the relevant station’s current access and assistance information for your journey.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item. Include any accompanying carer in the passenger count so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so passengers cannot travel seated in a wheelchair.
For a return from London Paddington to KT12, give the office your train operator, service origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request an update. The office will discuss the change and confirm the revised arrangement if it is accepted. Waiting or changes may affect the cost; the office can explain the applicable terms. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan the car journey and your onward train separately.
The quote reflects your specific journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passengers and luggage, plus any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Include your train service and the time you want to arrive at Paddington, allowing for the operator’s arrival advice and the walk to your departure area. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs when organising the journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
