Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, with separate Departures and Arrivals buildings. For an outward coach, arrange your drop-off for Departures and share the operator’s requested station-arrival time with the office.
Check the departure monitors for your gate and ask your coach company about its timetable. Victoria rail and Underground stations are separate from the coach station.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other bulky item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
PLANNING YOUR PICKUP
A home pickup takes you to Victoria Coach Station without first making your way to a local railway station with your luggage. You will still need to reach the departure facilities inside the coach station.
If comparing rail, Walton-on-Thames station is on Station Avenue, KT12 1NR; Hersham has a separate station on Molesey Road, KT12 4SQ. Check the services and station access relevant to your journey. For private hire, give us your actual pickup address in Walton-on-Thames or Hersham.
COMING BACK TO KT12
Book your return collection from Victoria Coach Station to KT12 separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number for the day. We will agree a suitable meeting point with you.
If your coach plans change, call our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts it; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you need.
Request a quote online or call the office; no app installation is needed. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and any folding chair with the office.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
