A pre-booked pickup from your address in Ewell or elsewhere in KT17 takes you to London Euston without first making your way to a local station with your luggage. You will still need time to continue from the drop-off to your departure facilities.

Contact your train operator to arrange assistance inside London Euston; your car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs when arranging the car.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
