Chiltern lists a mobility set-down point at the station entrance and step-free access to all railway platforms. Tell our office about your mobility needs when arranging the car; railway assistance inside the station is booked separately with your train operator.
YOUR KT17 PICKUP
A pre-booked home pickup takes you from your KT17 address to Marylebone without first travelling to a local station. You will still need time to enter Marylebone and reach your onward departure area.
If your pickup is at a local station, specify which one: Ewell East is on Station Approach, Cheam Road, while Ewell West is on Chessington Road. They are different stations, so the exact pickup point matters.

RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London Marylebone to KT17, give the office your arriving Chiltern service and its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree your car meeting point separately; the outward journey does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle for the return.
If your train or plans change, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. Ask the office to confirm the accepted revised collection and any revised charge; a request alone does not change your booking. Waiting charges may apply under the agreed terms.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
