Plan for arrival, not just departure
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. Plan to reach the station by your coach operator’s requested arrival time, which may be earlier than departure. Check the departure monitors for your operator and gate; UK and international services have different check-in arrangements. Contact your coach operator with timetable enquiries.
YOUR KT17 PICKUP
Start from the right address in Ewell
A pre-booked car can collect you and your luggage from your KT17 address for the journey to Victoria Coach Station. You will still need to make your way inside the coach station.
If your pickup is at Ewell East station, identify it clearly: it is on Station Approach, Cheam Road, KT17 1QR. Ewell West is a different station on Chessington Road. Give the office your exact pickup point so the journey starts in the right place.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Return from Victoria Coach Station to KT17
Arrange the return separately with the office. Give us your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number for the journey. We will agree a suitable car meeting point; the Arrivals terminal is separate from Departures.
If your coach plan changes, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update. The office must accept and confirm any revised arrangement; waiting may be chargeable under the applicable terms.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, together with your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and any folding wheelchair with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
