ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose space for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.

Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the seats.

At London Waterloo

Plan your arrival at Waterloo

Allow time after your car arrives to reach your platform or onward connection.

Step-free routes and assistance

Network Rail lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms and identifies exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free. The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12; arrange railway assistance with your train operator.

Choose a station-arrival target

Tell the office your train operator or service and when you want to reach Waterloo, allowing for the walk to your departure. This arrival target is different from your train’s departure time. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line.

Your local starting point

From Ewell to Waterloo

A private-hire pickup starts at your KT17 address, so you do not first need to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to allow time to walk through Waterloo after drop-off.

If you are comparing a rail journey, Ewell East and Ewell West are different stations. Ewell East is on Station Approach, Cheam Road; Ewell West is on Chessington Road. Check the station and service that suit your journey.

Your return journey

Arrange a separate return from Waterloo

For London Waterloo to KT17, give the office your arriving train operator or service, where it is coming from, its arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. The office will confirm any accepted change and revised charge; applicable waiting may also affect the cost.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about your station transfer

The essentials for your quote, assistance and onward train.

How is my KT17 to Waterloo journey quoted?

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train service and your requested station-arrival time.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs as well.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let us know in advance what help you need so we can coordinate it. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
