London Liverpool Street’s published address is Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Your target arrival at the station is earlier than your train’s departure: allow time to enter, find the departure area and reach your platform. Tell the office your train service and preferred station-arrival time.
Liverpool Street Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. A lift is listed between street level, the mezzanine and concourse; allow time to reach your onward connection.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Tattenham Corner station is on Tattenham Crescent, Epsom, KT18 5QD. If you live nearby, public transport may be an option; a pre-booked home pickup saves you the journey to that station and makes it easier to travel with luggage.
Your car takes you to London Liverpool Street, but you will still need to make your way inside to your onward departure.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also an option, with luggage considered alongside the group. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
ON THE WAY HOME
For collection from London Liverpool Street, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off is not necessarily your return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to accept any change and confirm the revised arrangement and any charge; a request alone does not change the booking.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside the station is separate: arrange it with your train operator, as a car booking does not provide it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or walking needs so we can discuss the car arrangement and a workable meeting point.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
