Give yourself time to reach your onward departure, and discuss any assistance you need.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Tell us your train operator and departure time, as well as the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for your onward journey through it. Network Rail lists the APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and says waiting is not permitted at the drop-off.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your mobility needs so we can discuss the car arrangements.
YOUR KT18 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup takes you from your KT18 address to Paddington without first having to reach a local station with your luggage. Tattenham Corner station is on Tattenham Crescent, Epsom, KT18 5QD, if you are comparing your journey with a rail departure from there.
Our office can help plan your pickup, any extra stop and your requested station-arrival time. You can enquire without installing an app.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
COMING BACK
Arrange your return collection separately with the office; it does not automatically reserve the outward car. Give your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number, then agree a suitable car meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Request any change and agree the revised collection arrangements and any charge with the office; a request alone is not acceptance.

The quote is based on your actual journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger count and luggage details. Include your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time, and mention any extra stop.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
