Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London should use the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not an arrival target. Download your ticket near travel day, as advice varies by route and class; follow your operator’s guidance for your service.

From your door to the right departure area
A home pickup saves you the trip to a local station with your luggage, though you will still need to walk within St Pancras. If comparing rail options from KT18, Tattenham Corner station is on Tattenham Crescent, Epsom, KT18 5QD; getting there from home is a separate part of the journey.
At St Pancras, Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Allow for finding the departure area for your service.

Choose for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with seven or eight-plus passenger vehicles available to enquire about.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can discuss a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN FROM ST PANCRAS
Arrange a separate return
For a return from St Pancras International to KT18, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for the revised arrangement to be accepted and confirmed; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and timing, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras lists lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair carried as luggage is not the same as travelling seated in it.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
