ARRIVING FOR YOUR COACH
Allow time to move from the car to your coach departure gate.
Victoria Coach Station is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Head to the Departures terminal at 164 Buckingham Palace Road and use the departure monitors to find your gate. Arrivals and Departures are separate terminals.
Use your coach operator’s requested station-arrival or check-in time, not just the departure time, when planning your car journey. UK and international services can have different check-in arrangements; follow your ticket and ask the coach company about its timetable.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a larger party. Seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the combined load.
A home pickup saves you the separate journey to a rail station and the need to carry your luggage through a rail connection. You will still need to make your way from the car to the departure area at Victoria Coach Station.
If you are considering rail instead, Tattenham Corner station is on Tattenham Crescent, Epsom, KT18 5QD. Your home-to-station journey and the walk from Victoria rail station to the coach station are separate parts of that option.
Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service number, arrival date and time, and a contact number for the day. The office will agree a car meeting point with you; Arrivals is separate from Departures.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection. A change must be accepted by the office; waiting charges or changes may affect the cost.

Plan the car journey and your onward coach with confidence.
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need in advance so it can arrange a suitable driver. KB does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Ask your coach operator about assistance inside the station; the car booking does not itself arrange it. The office can also discuss an optional escort as a separate request and agree any charge for that service. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
