From your KT18 address to Waterloo
KB Cars can collect you from your address in KT18, including Tattenham Corner and Epsom, and take you to London Waterloo. You do not need to make your way to a local station first. Tattenham Corner station is on Tattenham Crescent, Epsom, KT18 5QD, if you are identifying your starting area.
Give the office your train service and departure time, and agree the time you want to arrive at Waterloo separately. Allow time to get from the car to your platform, including any assistance or onward connection you need.

The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
RETURN JOURNEY
Plan your return to KT18
For a separate return from London Waterloo to KT18, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office separately; it is not automatically the Passenger Assistance meeting point.
If your train, exit or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Agree any revised collection arrangement with the office and ask for confirmation; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your particular journey, including the pickup address, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extra stops. Send your full KT18 pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time so the office can assess the trip.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway Passenger Assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs when arranging the car.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
When is my car booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
