YOUR STATION ARRIVAL
Agree your drop-off side and allow time to reach your platform.
London Bridge station's address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; station guidance also distinguishes Bermondsey Street and Station Approach. Tell the office which side or entrance you need and agree the drop-off point rather than assuming the locations are interchangeable.
The street-level concourse connects to all London Bridge platforms, which sit above the main entrance level. Allow time to enter the station, follow the signs and reach your platform before your train departs.
PLAN THE OUTWARD JOURNEY
Your pre-booked car collects you at your KT19 address and takes you to London Bridge, so you do not have to reach Epsom station first with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through London Bridge station to your platform.
Tell the office your train departure time and the earlier time you want to arrive at the station. Allow for the station walk and any assistance you have arranged; the office can discuss the pickup time with you. Epsom (Surrey) station is on Station Road, Epsom, KT19 8EW, if you are comparing a journey starting there.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, while seven- and eight-plus-passenger vehicles are available to enquire about.
Give the office the number of passengers and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. A carer needs a seat too. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return, give the office your train operator or service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, as well as a contact number and your KT19 destination. Agree the car meeting point and exit separately; the outward drop-off is not automatically the return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangement with the office. A request for a change is not itself acceptance; check that the office has confirmed it.

The quote reflects your particular journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a quote online or call the office. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking; KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your train operator. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside the station and its cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
