What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, including the pickup address, destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us the passenger and luggage details, train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point at Marylebone.
Tell our office about your mobility or boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
