London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Network Rail lists the APCOA car park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and says waiting is not permitted in drop-off areas. Discuss your drop-off arrangement with our office rather than assuming the car can wait there.
Network Rail lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12. Arrange help inside the station with your train operator, preferably in advance; your car booking does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your own access needs so we can discuss the car drop-off.
FROM YOUR KT19 ADDRESS
A pre-booked pickup from your KT19 address saves you the separate trip to Epsom station with your luggage. Epsom (Surrey) station is on Station Road, Epsom, KT19 8EW if you are considering a rail journey instead; choose the starting point that works for your luggage and access needs.
Give the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at London Paddington. Allow time for getting from the drop-off to your departure area, including any assistance you have arranged. Your station-arrival target is earlier than your train departure; the office can help plan the pickup around it.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven- or eight-plus-passenger arrangements can be discussed with the office.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will discuss the vehicle around the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return from London Paddington to KT19 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it is coming from, travel date and expected arrival time, together with a contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off is not automatically your return pickup point.
If your train or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection arrangements. Waiting may be chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about the arrangements for your booking.

Send your full KT19 pickup address, passenger and luggage details, train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a quote online or speak to the office. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking: KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator; the car booking does not include it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or walking needs when arranging your car so we can discuss a suitable drop-off.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we will discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
