YOUR KT19 PICKUP
From your Epsom address to the coach station
A pre-booked KB Cars journey collects you from your KT19 address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to Epsom station first. You will still need to make your way inside Victoria Coach Station to the departure area.
If you are considering a rail connection instead, Epsom (Surrey) station is on Station Road, Epsom, KT19 8EW. Allow for the journey from home to the station as well as the onward connection to the coach station.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Make room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Give us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. We can plan the vehicle around the whole party and its luggage, rather than seats alone.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to KT19, give the office your arriving coach operator and service number, date, expected arrival time and contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 to agree a suitable car meeting point separately; the station has separate Arrivals and Departures terminals.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, contact the office to discuss the collection. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts it; confirm the revised arrangements and any change to the fare.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Contact your coach operator about assistance inside the station; it is separate from your KB car booking. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the car booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; we will agree the task and any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
